Peter has over 25 years experience as a business consultant, coach and accountant. He has always thrived on helping individual clients and their organisations achieve great results through personal development and organisation change. Peter’s goal is to help his teams and clients succeed at work, whether that be through rolling his sleeves up and getting stuck in, coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders or bringing disparate groups together to perform effectively as a team.
As well as being a board director, Peter provides Huckleberry’s coaching & mentoring services. He has coached individuals and teams from a variety of sectors (such as broadcasting, various public sector organisations, financial services and a number of SME’s). He is a member of the Association for Coaching & has a MA in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes Business School.
As a qualified accountant he spent the early years of his career working in senior finance roles for major corporations (including BICC, Gillette and Oracle), before moving into the consultancy profession, where he built a strong reputation running multi-million pound change programmes with Ernst & Young, and Price Waterhouse before setting up his own advisory business.
In his spare time Peter is a Mentor for young adults as a part of the Prince’s Trust’s Enterprise programme. The Prince’s Trust offers a support network to young people facing significant barriers to employment, education or training.
